Terms of Service

This is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you launch, then edit it in Admin → Pages.

1. Using Ascentium Library

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.

2. Buying books

Books are licensed to you for personal reading. You may not copy, resell, share or publish a book you bought. Prices are shown at checkout.

3. Selling books

Sellers must own, or have the legal right to sell, every book they upload (see the Seller Agreement). We may remove any book at any time if it breaks these rules or the law.

4. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, commit fraud or infringe copyright.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
